Where we provide services under a separate engagement agreement, statement of work or master services agreement ("Engagement Agreement"), that agreement governs the services and prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

SubZeroSec provides offensive security services, which may include penetration testing (VAPT), red teaming, threat hunting, OSINT and attack surface analysis. All security testing is performed strictly within an authorized, documented scope agreed in writing in advance. You represent and warrant that you have full authority to authorize testing against the systems, networks and assets identified in the scope, and that such authorization does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services, and no engagement is binding until set out in a signed Engagement Agreement.

Ownership of engagement deliverables (such as assessment reports) and any underlying methodologies, tooling and pre-existing materials is governed by the applicable Engagement Agreement.

Security testing reduces but cannot eliminate risk. No assessment can identify every vulnerability, and findings reflect the state of the in-scope environment at the time of testing. We do not warrant that systems are or will remain free from compromise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubZeroSec (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Our total aggregate liability arising from the services is limited as set out in the applicable Engagement Agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SubZeroSec (Pvt) Ltd. and its personnel against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your provision of inaccurate authorization or scope information.
